Meet Basil
I was introduced to astrology a LONG TIME AGO when I was 13 years old. I met Noel Tyl in 1976. He became my mentor. As I started to get articles published in astrology magazines, Noel saw my advancement and asked me to relocate from America to Johannesburg to teach his work. I’ve spoken twice at UAC, do lectures all the time, I have students and books (the first was The New Way To Learn Astrology, published by Llewellyn).
